Everything you are is Love. There is not one thing about you that is not Love…that is not Loved.
Healing an ailment (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual) is re-aligning to Self-Love.
All ailments are a product of withholding – withholding Self-Love. All ailments show where one is withholding. Is one willing to look?
And the antidote is re-aligning with Love – Self-Love.
All healing, of all ailments, is about aligning with Self-Love.
No one can make you withhold Self-Love that is a personal choice.
So, bring it back to you – Self-Love.
In whatever situation, whatever ailment – Love yourself completely, wholly and with no excuses.
Breathing in – connect with the Love of All That Is.
Breathing out – rest in that Love completely.
Repeat
You do not need to make yourself something more than you already Are. You already are whole, sacred, All That Is – Love and Loved completely…with no expectations.
Focusing on the ailment focuses perpetuates the withholding.
Focusing on Wholeness perpetuates Love.
This is where the ‘healing’ begins, as well as a more pure expression of Being.
Breathing in – connect with the Love of All That Is.
Breathing out – rest in that Love completely.
Repeat.

Doorway to Within
There is so much more than what we “see”.
There is so much more than what we “see”.
There is so much more to what we experience.
We are so much more than what we think.
There is a doorway to within. The breath can lead you there, if you let it.
Breathing in – the expansion pushes beyond the boundaries and at the same time drops you in deeper.
Breathing out – sets you up to go again.
Breathing in. Breathing out. Moving deeper and wider with every breath.
Imagine then what happens when the breath is held.
Breathe in. Breathe out. Repeat.
Love to All
All is Love
May all Beings be Happy
May all Beings be Free
In Love and Gratitude,
Trish
